Refund Policy:
Application fees is refundable on following conditions:

Deduction of Bank Charges and Postal charges equivalent to US$50

Deduction of Associate / Student Membership Charges

After above deduction, within 120 days from the purchase date.
Shipping Policy:
Certificates are mailed out within 30 days form the date of submission of your Thesis / research Papers via U.S. Postal Service. Note that due to mail service outside of the U.S., delivery is sometimes delayed as much as 60 days.
